The tool is highlighted with a blue circle on the image above. The tool can be used for few different purposes. For example to make space reservations for the new machinery or furnitures. When installing new machinery, you can check from where you can haul it to the designed location. First this tutorial goes through how to use the tool, and then all the different snaps.
Modeling
Modeling the cubes or cylinders happens with the tool controller. When you select the tool and start to model, a small triangle appears on the top of the tool controller and it's the starting point of your model. Start modeling by clicking tool controllers trigger and move the controller to the wanted direction
Create
Cubes: second click sets the width of the cube, third click sets the length of the cube, fourth click sets the height of the cube and finishes it
Cylinders: second click sets the width of the cylinder, third click sets the height and finishes it.
Cancel
When creating the cubes or cylinders, if a mistake happens, while you are modeling click tool controllers menu button to take a step back.
Delete
You need to select the draw cubes and cylinders tool first to delete your creations. Then point the wanted cube or cylinder with tool controller, when it gets highlighted click tool controllers menu button to delete it
Move
You need to select the draw cubes and cylinders tool first to move your creations or Select, move, copy -tool. Then point the wanted cube or cylinder with tool controller, when it gets highlighted, hold tool controllers touch wheel and you can move the shape to the wanted position

3. Draw cylinders
Selecting this lets you to create cylinders
4. Edit primitives
You can enlarge or shrink cubes and cylinders.
All the different snaps what the tool includes
1. Snap to plane (x-axis as normal)
Locks the object movement on x-axis
2. Snap to plane (y-axis as normal)
Locks the object movement on y-axis
3. Snap to plane (z-axis as normal)
Locks the object movement on z-axis
4. Lock position
Locks the objects current position
5. Lock rotation
Locks the objects rotation, so model can't be rotated
6. Incremental rotation
Objects rotation is locked to 90° angles
7. Snap to closest axis
It snaps the object to the surface by the closest axis
8. Snap to surface
Sticks the object to an surface
9. Snap vertical or horizontal direction
When creating cube or cylinder, snaps the creation to horizontal or vertical direction
10. Snap dynamically to even numbers
Snaps to even numbers, phase of the movement determines the size
